• Prices:
  All wholesale prices for charts and chartpaks are $2.00. At this time we do not offer kits or custom dyed fabric wholesale. Prices are subject to change.
  
  
• Wholesale Minimum:
  There is no minimum order.
  
  
• To place an order:
  Orders can be placed using our secure online shopping cart, telephone, email, fax or mail using our order form.
  
  
• Payment information:
  We accept Visa/MC, Paypal, checks and money orders.

  We ask that the initial two orders be prepaid to establish credit with us, after that all accounts have NET 30 days from invoice as long as accounts remain in good standing. After 30 days we will charge a 1.5% late fee per month.
  
  There will be a $25.00 returned check fee in addition to any charges we may incur in obtaining the funds.
  
  
• Shipping policies:
  Shipping is free in North America. Please inquire about overseas. All orders 20 charts and less will be filled by the next business day. Orders of 21 charts and over normally take 2-3 business days to fill, but can take 3-5 business days or more depending on the season. We will let you know if there will be a delay over 5 business days. If there is a special urgency please let us know, we will do our best to accommodate your shop.
  
  
• Free charts:
  We will include copies of any of our free charts with your order, please ask for them by name in the comments area. We ask that you not distribute any free charts you may download off our web site as they do not have our shop information on them.
  
  
• GUARANTEES & RETURNS:
  We guarantee that you and your customers will be satisfied with our products. All returns must be pre-authorized by email, fax, telephone or mail before returning. Due to the nature of our products we are only able to issue store credits on returns.
  
  
• Security:
  We are committed to ensuring the security of customers' order information. All credit card information is encrypted through a secure socket layer server (SSL) so that it cannot be read or copied as the information travels over the Internet. This ensures that the communication between your browser and our secure server cannot be observed by a third party.
  
  
• Privacy Policy:
  Personal information collected when placing an order or joining our mailing list is never sold or shared with a third party.
